"Le Coucou" (The Cuckoo) is a sparkling harpsichord rondo by French Baroque composer Louis-Claude Daquin (1694–1772), published in his Premier Livre de Pièces de Clavecin (1735). The piece is celebrated for its vivid onomatopoeic imitation of a cuckoo's call in the right hand and has remained a popular teaching and concert piece for keyboard players.
